Sailor Moon’s first official fan club opens this month

This month will see the first ever official Sailor Moon fan club open to members, as the magical girl matriarch’s 20th anniversary project site has announced that Pretty Guardians will begin accepting registrations on March 15th. There’s a whole list of merch and perks for all fans who join the club, including a membership card (pictured below), a member-exclusive makeup gloss, advance ticket sales for the Sailor Moon musical, newsletters and members-only content for the club’s official app.

An event exclusive to club members will commemorate its opening at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium on April 10th, and those lucky first Pretty Guardians will meet Usagi Tsukino’s voice actor Kotono Mitsuishi, Mamoru Chiba’s Sailor Moon Crystal voice actor Kenji Nojima, the beloved anison singer Mitsuko Horie, and the performer of the Sailor Moon Crystal  opening theme Momoiro Clover Z. Anyone thinking of joining for this chance in a lifetime event will need to register for the fan club by March 31st, and more info on becoming a member, including membership fees, will be announced in the near future.
