The Kuroko’s Basketball anime is not only getting three compilation films this year, but also an all-new movie, and this three-pointer of news will be announced in Shueisha’s first 2016 issue of Jump Next magazine on Thursday. While the compilations will span the anime’s Winter Cup episodes, the new movie will follow Tadatoshi Fujimaki’s sequel manga Kuroko no Basuke Extra Game, and this theatrical adaptation was first teased with the confirmation that a movie had been green-lit at September’s KuroBas Cup 2015 event.
