News: Lone Wolf and Cub creator Kazuo Koike is working on a new manga

The creator of Lone Wolf and Cub, Samurai Executioner and Crying Freeman, Kazuo Koike, took part in a Reddit “Ask Me Anything” session on Thursday in which he revealed some great news for his readers. He said that he is “working hard on the production of a new manga” to also be adapted into a motion comic, which reflects the Kickstarter campaign set up by SoraSeed Inc. last month.

Raising funds to make an English motion comic of Koike and Goseki Kojima’s Lone Wolf and Cub, the manga which ran from 1970-1976, the campaign has until March 25th to reach its goal of $300,000. As of now, the total raised stands at $2,226, so if you want to see the battle of the Yagyu Clan in comic motion, get digging in those pockets.
