Anime to adapt Oreimo creators’ Eromanga-sensei

Dengeki have released a preview of the Oreimo author and illustrator team Tsukasa Fushimi and Hiro Kanzaki’s plans for their latest anime adaptation. The title that, when he first heard it, gave Kanzaki “a very bad feeling”Eromanga-sensei – Imōto to Akazu no Ma (My Little Sister and the Locked Room) – is getting an animated series, following the light novels’ relationship between another light novel author and his withdrawn, yet demanding, stepsister and secret illustrator.

Speaking about the original series, Fushimi observed “I feel that Kirino from Oreimo is a pure, innocent girl. This time, the heroine, Sagiri, may seem innocent, but she is quite dirty. I hope readers enjoy finding the differences between the two heroines.”

Last year, in a Niconico webcast, Oreimo and Eromanga-sensei crossed over in a visual novel-esque series where the plot turns were decided by user votes. The videos for the four nights are available with English closed captions below.
