Shortly after posting their broadcast dub schedule for the UK and Ireland, FUNimation have shared a video previewing their dub of the And you thought there is never a girl online? anime, one of the series among the first dubbed simulcasts they’re streaming to British and Irish otaku. The first dubbed episode premiered at 8:30 EDT last night during FUNimation’s DubbleTalk programme.

The show directed by Momo Kyun Sword‘s Shunsuke Yanagi at project No.9, with series composition by Tatsuya Takahashi of The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls, premiered in Japan on April 7th. Based on the light novel series by Shibai Kineko, it stars Toshiyuki Toyonaga of Durarara!! as Hideki Nishimura / Lucian and Rina Hidaka of Sword Art Online as Ako Tamaki / Ako, and FUNimation describe the anime:

After Hideki Nishimura confesses to a girl online, he is shocked when she turns out to be a boy. Traumatized, he swears to never trust any “girl” players. That is, until one confesses to him! Ako Tamaki is a beautiful loner who has trouble differentiating between what’s reality and the online world she spends so much of her time in. Can Hideki and his guild friends help fix socially inept Ako?
