News: Compile Heart reveal new card game featuring studio’s past characters

Game studio Compile Heart have been teasing a new game with a countdown since Friday (July 22nd), and this week saw the game’s title given an early reveal as Nep Nep ☆ Connect: Chaos Chanpuru (Chaos Champions). Now, one day before the countdown’s due to end, Dengeki have unveiled a full slate of details about the free-to-play PS Vita card game, featuring over 100 characters from Compile Heart’s back catalogue.

The new release, slated for 2016 in Japan, will have an original story, and a new face will join the familiar ranks of heroines Neptune, IF, and Compa from Neptunia, Fang and Eryn from Fairy Fencer F, and Momoka and Kyouka from Omega Quintet, among others. The original character, Yuriina, sets out to gather gold fragments in order to save the world from chaos, and the player will help her on her way by taking part in 2D card battles.
