Toei tease anime exhibits for MIPCOM 2016

The anticipated entertainment tradeshow MIPCOM 2016 will set up shop in Cannes on October 17th. Of course, Toei will be present again following their Dragon Ball Super exhibit last year, and there’s a sneak preview of what they’ll be bringing to the event this time around.

As you might have guessed, Super is set to make its return, to be joined by the Digimon multimedia project Appmonsters (or Applimonsters). The mecha franchise Mazinger is also due for an upgrade, known for being among the first internally piloted giant robots created for manga and anime. Understandably, further details are being kept under wraps, but fans of these classics are in for more than a treat or two when next week rolls around.
