So, Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Sentai Filmworks will revisit this age-old (well, at least four-year-old) question with their North American home release of the anime set for March 28th. Getting their familia ready for the collection, they’ve started revealing their English dub cast. Beginning with the beautifully alliterative Bryson Baugus as Bell Cranel, the big one has since been announced. Our Bestia goddess Hestia will be voiced by Luci Christian, well-known as the voice of One Piece‘s Nami.

And here’s Baugus looting and laughing it up as Bell:
The spring 2015 anime series was based on the light novels of the same name by Fujino Omori, with Crunchyroll streaming the show as it aired in Japan. Yen Press started publishing the original novels in English in 2014, and describe the story as follows:
In Orario, fearless adventurers band together in search of fame and fortune within the monstrous underground labyrinth known as Dungeon.
But while riches and renown are incentive enough for most, Bell Cranel, would-be hero extraordinaire, has bigger plans.
He wants to pick up girls.
Is it wrong to face the perils of Dungeon alone, in a single-member guild blessed by a failed goddess? Maybe. Is it wrong to dream of playing hero to hapless maidens in Dungeon? Maybe not. After one misguided adventure, Bell quickly discovers that anything can happen in the labyrinth–even chance encounters with beautiful women. The only problem? He’s the one who winds up the damsel in distress!!
Can’t wait for more of the anime? Well, it won’t be too long now, as an adaptation of Omori’s spin-off Sword Oratoria will premiere in April. Until then, safe raiding, everyone!
