Update: Shonen Jump makes way for 6 new manga, ends Amalgam of Distortion and Demon’s Plan

Weekly Shonen Jump is right in the process of launching its six new manga series, with VIZ Media running previews of each as they start their print runs in the magazine’s English edition. Of course, each incoming series must have an empty spot waiting, and so two manga are also ending to make room.

The upcoming February 20th issue of the Japanese Shonen Jump will publish the final chapters of Ryo Ishiyama’s Amalgam of Distortion, and Yoshimichi Okamoto’s Demon’s Plan manga. Viz previewed the first three chapters of each one as they launched. Amalgam of Distortion started up on October 8th, with Demon’s Plan following on November 28th last year.

With the new manga launches, just like their previous Jump Starts, Viz’s digital English edition of Jump will run the first three chapters of each series as they are published in Japan. They will also run a fan vote, giving readers the chance to support the series they most want to see continue on a regular basis.

Here are the launch dates of all six new series, featuring their promo visuals. The creators include some you might find familiar, with other names fresh off the presses:
