Mob Psycho 100 manga comes to a close

We’ve had tons of fun on the job with Mob, psychic and exorcist, but his reluctant adventures are coming to an end. Anonymous author ONE recently revealed on Twitter that his manga Mob Psycho 100 will end in this week’s upcoming chapter.

Yes, Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama will have his last hurrah in comic form on Shogakukan’s Manga ONE app this Friday 22nd. But it’s by no means the last we’ll see of him. The series is inspiring a live-action drama starring Tatsuo Hamada, as well as a stage play in which the anime’s Setsuo Ito reprises his starring role.

The live-action drama is being developed by TV Tokyo in collaboration with Netflix, who will stream the show from January 12th. The stage play will be starting its run in the same month, on stage at The Galaxy Theatre in Tokyo from January 6th-14th. So don’t fear the demons in your dorm or the ghouls in your gaff – Mob will still be around for some time to come.
